Orange Real Estate – Investor Night

Orange Real Estate is hosting its first Investor Night on Thursday 24th October at 5.30 for 6p.m. upstairs at Hotel Canobolas. 

Scott Quirk said ‘this is an open invitation to a free event for anyone who is interested in investing in the private residential property market.  We have four guest speakers in addition to myself and the Orange Real Estate Property Management Team.  The speakers will explain the advantages of investing and all of the different aspects of investing in the private residential property market which will make more private rental properties available in the Orange region’.

Guest speakers are:

·        Rich and Rumble – a finance and consultancy service who will explain financing options for potential investors

·        Capital Claims Tax Depreciation – to advise on how to claim depreciation as a tax deduction

·        EBM Landlords’ Insurance – will talk about the right insurance to protect your assets

·        Westinspect – will talk about the importance of having a pre-purchase building inspection.

The Orange Real Estate Property Management Team of Rochelle, Chris and Chelsea will explain the property management services that Orange Real Estate provides to investors.

Rochelle Perkins said ‘we are expecting between 30 and 40 potential investors to attend on Thursday 24th October’.
