WIN $500!

Just for a change, I thought we'd have some fun, rather than just have me rant on about something again. Let's be a bit more positive this week.
Over the next few weeks OC Life is giving readers the chance to win $500 to spend anywhere in Orange. If you're wondering why we're doing this, there's no particular reason, it just seemed a novel idea at the time, and I thought "why not?" It's all just in the name of having some fun, so let's see how it goes.

Here's the deal:
Orange City Council has recently purchased 2400 x 4 watt light globes to light up Summer Street between Peisley and Sales Streets. The new string lights have already been installed between Peisley and Anson Streets, with the section between Anson and Sales Streets still to be completed.
To win the $500 prize, you need to be the first to guess the correct number of light globes between Peisley and Anson Streets. The number is between 1000 and 2000.

How to enter:
Entry is by phone only. Be one of the first 20 callers to ring our office at 11am on Monday, then be the first caller to correctly guess the number of lights, if you do, you win! We'll take 20 calls each Monday at 11am until the prize is won.
Our office number is 6361 3575 and please note, we will NOT take any calls until precisely 11am, so please don't ring before 11am.

It'll be interesting to see how it all goes.
