The Idiot Shiraz 2016 – Philip Shaw

The Idiot by Philip Shaw has a voluptuous dark berry character with more blue fruits. This cool climate Shiraz is true to its region with a fragrant bouquet with juicy red fruits and blueberry. The palate is succulent yet elegant. It has bountiful fruit and spice finishing with fine savoury tannins reflecting the fermentation method and maturation on French Oak.

The colour is dark iridescent garnet, with an amazing purple hue - the Idiot Shiraz really shines.
