Everyone loves an Easter Egg Hunt!

The Rotary Club of Orange Daybreak (RCOD) will be hosting a community Easter Egg Hunt at the Orange Botanic Gardens on Saturday, April 20. Everyone is welcome and the day kicks off at 9am and will run until 1pm.

With chocolates provided by Lindt for the Easter Egg Hunt, there’ll also be Hat Parade for the kids plus family games, face painting, a coffee cart and delicious BBQ.

President of RCOD, Alison Bennett said, “Rotary is about bringing the community together to support local, national and international communities and the Rotary Club of Orange Daybreak felt this was a fun way of bringing families together to help a very important cause and a worthy recipient in the Housing Plus Family Crisis Centre.”

Age appropriate hunts will start from approximately 9.30 in designated areas, with the young ones starting off first (up to 5 years). And then going off approximately every hour from then (6 years to 13 years and adults will have to take on the speedy 14 year old’s in a 14 and older category.)

The community can expect a fun morning filled with lots of yummy Lindt chocolate, face painting, some fun games and some delicious food provided by Molong Rotary Club and the Rotary Club of Orange North. Music during the morning will be provided by Central West Brass Band. Come along, wear a fun Easter outfit and meet the Easter Bunny!

All proceeds from the day will go to Housing Plus Domestic Family Crisis Centre.

Your dog is also allowed to join in the fun though they must be kept on a leash and away from the Easter Hunt area.
