Chef, Seung Ju (Ju) Lee has 15 years in the culinary experience, his culinary experience began in 1999 at a Japanese restaurant in Westin Hotel (Pusan/Korea).

Seung Ju (Ju) Lee moved to Australia in 2006, with an experience of all types of Japanese restaurant including Sushi Train, Yakiniku Restaurant (Japanese BBQ), Japanese style CafΓ© and Restaurant which means he is able to handle all sections of a Japanese kitchen.

Raku Izakaya, established this year, is Orange’s first and only modernized Japanese Restaurant. The dishes are all designed to share, Raku also offers a variety of cocktails, beers and Japanese Sake and Umeshu as well as numerous local wines.
