Dragon boaters celebrate 10 years

The Dragon Abreast Group in Orange will be celebrating 10 years of forming the club on Saturday (11th) and is inviting anyone interested in dragon boating to come along to the Celebration and find out more about the sport and the group.

It’s being held at Nashdale Hall this Saturday August 11 from 6.30pm and there’ll be opportunity to ask questions, find out how membership works and more.

Anyone who can’t make the celebration is asked to call Pearl on 0400 640 342 for any information about the group’s activities or about becoming a member.

For interest, member’s ages range from 14 to 80 and you don’t have to be super fit. It is just about getting out there and onto the water and having a go.
