Peter Fisher team end 2019 on a high

2019 is going out with a bang at Peter Fisher with some recent listings selling for amazing prices after only being on the market for a day or two. Hunter Ridley, Director has praised the efforts of the Sales Team in achieving such fantastic results that have exceeded expectations in both price and time on market and says that he expects that the market will continue to be very strong through the New Year. The team is looking forward to 2020 and already have a number of good quality listings being prepared for launch through January. Great news for buyers!

It’s been a positive year overall in both sales and property management with the property market showing good consistent growth with strong buyer demand and increasing property prices.

The rental vacancy rate has been consistently low all year at Peter Fisher and Hunter believes that with the recently announced expansion work at the mine due to start very soon there will be some pressure on the rental market as demand will increase and rent prices start to rise in 2020. Our Property Management team will certainly continue to work hard and will be looking for more stock to rent.

Even though we are all on the downhill run to Christmas, the team at Peter Fisher have 2020 firmly in their sights and are excited for all that it will bring in the wonderful world of real estate.
