North Orange Rotary Changeover

The Rotary Club of Orange North held its 50th Annual Changeover Dinner in the Dalton Room at Duntryleague. Observing all of the COVID 19 regulations and precautions the dinner was attended by 45 members along with special guests, Past District Governor Neal Fogarty and Paul Cox who represented the Orange Roundabout Club.

Following his President’s report, Terry Hinchcliff introduced the new incoming President Ian Davison who in turn introduced his Board for the 2020-21 Rotary year. One of the original charter members, Dr Bernie Huxtable spoke briefly about the 50 year history of the club and its achievements over that time. Athol Warman, who has only been part of the club for the last 17 months following his move from Mudgee was announced as the ‘Rotarian of the Year’ for his contribution as Foundation Director and his many hours of volunteer service.

Rotary’s theme for the next 12 months will be ‘Rotary Opens Opportunities.’
