Koh Samui, Thailand
“Walking the streets of Koh Samui during their Songkran festival can be a bit of an ‘enter at your own risk’ experience, especially for tourists just wanting to do the touristy things. I.e. Not get saturated by water, though it is super fun. Amidst the clean up after the celebrations (days later), the streets become quieter, and locals are getting ready to open up their stores again. After exploring some back roads, I managed to snap this innocent picture of a local man on his bicycle, crutches in tow as he finishes his duties for the day.”
