Local family-run cleaning company Kim’s Commercial Care Service (K’CCS) have an affordable and effective disinfectant solution to give you peace of mind.

“We want to let people know about our disinfectant fogging service,” said business owner Monica Kim.

Fogging treatment produced micro-droplets of disinfectant that float in the air for 10 minutes after application allowing them to cover all service, even reach under furniture and other inaccessible places.

“The fogging disinfectant it is very rapid and efficient with minimal downtime and it is quite cost effective,” said Monica.

“And the main advantages of fogging is we can disinfect an area where it is very hard to reach or very high or the back of furniture and underneath furniture.”

Even large areas can be disinfected in under an hour, so there is minimal downtime, no need to move furniture and immediate results.

“The disinfectant is kids and pet friendly — We use the chemical that is mainly used in aircraft, so it is the same and very effective against germs, bacteria and viruses,” said Monica.

Fogging can be done in any business or office premises, retail shops and even your own home.

“All we need is a minimum of 30 minutes with an empty house. So, all the internal doors open and external doors closed and the fogging disinfects the premises,” said Monica.

“It doesn't take long, the good thing about the fogging is it very effective and very efficient, so the customer needs to be out for about 30 minutes to 45 minutes and then they are ok to come back.”

Following a treatment, there is no need to wipe off or dry surfaces although it is recommended that food preparation surfaces be rinsed and dried afterwards.

K’CCS are offering local customers a fogging treatment from just $82 for a 2 bed/1 bath unit, $97 for 3 bed/1 bath house, $116 for 4 bed /2 bath house and commercial area and offices for $1 per square metre.

“In Sydney, they charge $360 for a two bedroom apartment, but we want to offer our services quite cheap compared as we would like our local people and existing customers to stay safe,” said Monica.

“We would really like people to know about this, that it is a good, effective way to get their houses disinfected.”
