This Shiraz is a very elegant wine, a classic style Shiraz - medium bodied and complex. The aroma is a rich garden of violet floral notes. In the mouth blueberries, red berries and plum come through with a dusting of white pepper and spice.

As we enter the cooler evenings this wine is a perfect match for beef stew, or lamb curry.

Following the Word of Mouth low impact philosophy this wine was produced sustainably with low chemical input and is vegan friendly (unfiltered, no additions or finings a natural wine.)
