MEET THE CHEF

Rachael Bastick

“I grew up on a farm in Dunedoo and entered into the hairdressing trade, working in it for nine years. My Mum was the person who inspired me to cook, she always had interesting little recipes and was often showing me how to cook different things when we were living on the farm. I was working here at Coco’s as a Chef for five years before I purchased it and have now owned it for four years.

My favourite food to cook and eat believe it or not is lasagne, I should have been an Italian.”
