Open seven days a week, Monday through Sunday 5:30am - 2:30pm, and Thai available Tuesday through Friday 11:00 - 2:30pm.

“I grew up in Bathurst and went to University in Wagga. I moved to Sydney and was studying at Film School before I moved to the UK (I came back because of COVID).

“When I was in Sydney I fell in love with coffee and coffee making, I first started doing it to put myself through Uni, then I discovered how much I loved it.

“Working at a Café in Bristol, I learnt more about people making coffee worldwide and the coffee culture over there compared to Australia. I didn’t realise how lucky we have it here and how educated we are.

“Hospitality is in the family though this is a new adventure for myself, I just dove in and am learning the ropes as I go.”
