New member’s exhibition at Orange Art Society
The Orange Art Society invites you to a new exhibition featuring the work of members Sandra Wenban and Wanda Driscoll.
Sandra has been a member of the Art Society for the past ten years.
She undertook some formal art training at Orange TAFE, where she gained a certificate in Fine Arts.
Each Friday, you’ll find her in the Art Rooms with a group of people, gladly sharing her knowledge and experience.
Sandra creates her art works using various media including acrylics, inks and missed media.
Wanda has a talent for capturing scenery in water colour, acrylic and oils on canvas. She has producing works of art for many years and continues to travel Australia for inspiration. She paints tradition and contemporary works depicting a wide range of subjects from the changing moods of the outback to the soft hues of roses and wildflowers.
Wanda also tutors at the Orange Art Society and at many other groups throughout the Central West.
Admission is free and the exhibition is open most days. If the door is open and the banner flying, come on in! The exhibition will run from 9 November to 7 December.
