Touch Football Carnival
Last week Waratahs was host to a touch football carnival run by NSW Touch. This carnival was for students in years’ seven and eight.
In the girls division there were six teams and in the boys division there were seven. Orange High, James Sheahan, Canobolas High, Blayney High, Wellington High, St Matthews Mudgee and Oberon High School were the schools participants on the day.
The carnival was the Regional day for students in the Western Area, the team who finished first in the girls and boys division progress to the state finals in Penrith later on in the term.
Congratulations to Orange High School won both the boys and girls divisions on the day.
