Receptionist
We are looking for a Receptionist to join our dynamic team.
The position will include morning or afternoon shifts on any given day of the week, commencing with a minimum of 2 x 7 hour shifts a week, with the possibility of working up to 5 shifts a week at times.
Successful applicants will possess the highest standard of customer service & administration skills; the necessary skills to handle payments & prepare invoices; excellent computer skills; effective written & verbal communication; knowledge of ‘The Privacy Act 1988’ to manage all data confidentially.
You will have a professional, friendly, patient & tactful telephone & face-to-face manner & the ability to remain calm under pressure, handling several things at once.
