Agency rebrand to better service booming Orange market

Long established local real estate agents Pat and Michele Cutcliffe are looking to bright future ahead, rebranding their Sale Street agency under the Professionals banner.

Known as LJ Hooker Orange for the past two decades, Professionals Orange will open its doors this Friday November 1.

Agency principal Pat Cutcliffe said the move was aimed at better servicing the strong local property market.

Älthough we’ve been part of the landscape for a long time, change is inevitable, and change is good. We’re constantly focused on innovation, creativity and the future. That’s why we’re excited to be bringing one of Australia’s most trusted brands to the city of Orange” said Mr Cutcliffe.

“I see the Professionals and the culture of that organisation as being a very good fit for our business. The name itself reflects how we run our business and the culture of the entire Professionals organisation aligns perfectly with that of our team.”

The Professionals Orange team will comprise of the office's existing nine staff who look after property sales, management, administration and support.

“The only thing that will change here is the name, everything else is the same; the same professional people, the same professional level of service, the same quality of outcome,” said Mr Cutcliffe.

“We've always held a very strong position in the Orange market and we've certainly established a reputation for selling many of the high-end homes in town… we like to think we do our job better than everyone else and we go to the nth degree to get best outcomes for people.

“I think the Professional network gives us a very solid platform to service the local market as well as the tools and the support to align our business with the growth opportunities ahead.”

Mr Cutcliffe said they are also pleased to be part of a network that is a Diamond Partner of the National Breast Cancer Foundation (raising $3.4 million and counting). He said breast cancer awareness is a cause their own agency has long supported.

"The team is very excited about the changes ahead and the benefits this will bring our business," said Mr Cutcliffe.

“And I think it is good for your staff to be a member of an organisation that is very well run, that has a very good culture, they have very good training and systems that you can work with.”

Ken Cheeseman, National Network Executive for Professionals Group Australia, said the new Orange office is a natural extension to the Professionals brand in regional NSW regional and compliments the highly successful Bathurst and Lithgow Professionals offices.

He welcomed Pat, Michele and the team to the group.

“With a well-earned reputation that extends some 30 years, the team at the new Professionals Orange office will see our brand further penetrate and dominate the local space,” said Mr Cheeseman.

“We are very happy that the office has chosen to join our group and we look forward to providing support and backup to see the office create some new benchmarks in the Orange and surrounding areas.”
