Local ragtime jazz and jug band, The Cicada Club will be joined by Dubbo favourites, The Chalkies for an afternoon of live music at the CWA Hall on Sunday, October 2.

The Cicada Club are a local hokum blues, ragtime jazz and jug band, with a repertoire ranging from the roaring tunes from the 1920s to today’s hits done in yesterday’s style, peppered with original numbers. 

One of the Central West’s best-kept secrets when it comes to live entertainment, The Chalkies features songs from the 1930s to modern classics, from Satchmo to Lionel Richie!

Presented by JAM Orange, the Sunday Session kicks off at 1pm Sunday, October 2 at the CWA Hall on Lords Place. Refreshments will be available.
