Our children’s lives are immersed in technology; their music, social schedule, schoolwork, games and daily interaction rely on it. Not so long ago, we as parents could limit our kids’ exposure to the Internet. Nowadays, the goalposts have moved: devices are portable and access is possible 24/7.

James and Simone Boswell, authors of ‘Cyber Parenting: Raising Your Kids in an Online World’, update parents on everything they need to know about technology including how it impacts families, and what you can do about it.

They will be sharing their timeless parenting principles to help parents manage technology in the home on 16 & 17 September. Issues covered include social media, cyberbullying, gaming, pornography, security and parenting control tips, and much more.

The cost is $10 per seminar payable at the door.
