From time to time, OC Life will bring you a story about something or someone or some club - anyone really – doing good things in Orange. Maybe, they’re just doing things!
Anyway, the point is, we all can and do tend to read these things and then forget about them. With this in mind, I thought we’d re-visit some of the recent stories and where they’re up to.
Firstly, Barry Swain and Jamie Lieben. These two mates are putting their time, effort and money into making a difference. As competitors in this year’s Camp Quality esCARpade and with your help, Jamie and Barry hope to raise as much money as they can for this wonderful cause.
After their story ran two weeks ago the lads have had some good response but more, of course, would be appreciated.
Says Barry, “We are now up to $1359 received in donations and need another $3641 to meet the initial target of $5000. We have had some good support from local businesses and wonder if we can thank them in OC Life?”
You know it Barry!
