Orange City Life is Orange’s favourite local community magazine and arguably “Australia’s Best Free Regional Community Magazine”.
It’s a weekly free pick up publication that is also produced on line in full each week. Readers pick up copies from stands in approximately 110 high profile locations in and around Orange.
From an initial print run of 6,000 copies in 2007, today 13,500 copies are printed and picked up by locals each week. Excellent when you consider there are only around 14,000 homes in the Orange area.
Since commencing (as Orange Photo News) in Orange in September 2007, Orange City Life has captured the imagination of not only the Orange City community but also people right across the region, former residents and those with family members who live in this area as well.
The content is virtually 100% local and focuses on topics that local people from all walks of life want to read including – local community news and views presented in a bright, informative and entertaining manner, social news and photographs, personality stories, shopping news, club and school news, entertainment news, sport, imaginative business advertising, classifieds and more.
The appeal of Orange City Life is such that it is read by all types of people including corporate executives, business owners, high earning mineworkers and tradespeople, white and blue collar workers, seniors, teenagers and family members including school children.
Orange has a population of around 40,000 and a recent survey revealed that a whopping 79% of the local Orange community picks up a copy of Orange City Life regularly which bears testament to its popularity.
Orange City Life has an estimated readership of over 35,000 people each issue.
